The short version
The calculators on this site run entirely inside your web browser. The hours, pay rates and other figures you type are used to perform arithmetic on your own device and are never transmitted to this site, never written to a database, and never stored anywhere. There are no user accounts. Closing the tab discards everything.
Information you enter into a calculator
Not collected. All computation happens client-side in JavaScript. No form submission occurs, no network request carries your figures, and no cookie or local storage retains them. This site's operator cannot see what you enter, because it never leaves your device.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like essentially all web hosting, the hosting provider processes standard technical request information — such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for the purposes of serving pages, security and abuse prevention. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy practices, described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Advertising
This site may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- Users may opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info/choices.
Advertising cookies are set by the ad provider, not by this site, and they do not have access to the figures you enter into a calculator.
Analytics
This site does not currently run any analytics package. If that changes, this policy will be updated before analytics are enabled, and any analytics used will be limited to aggregate page-level traffic — never the contents of a calculator.
Children
This site is a general-audience reference tool and is not directed at children under 13. No personal information is knowingly collected from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because this site does not collect or store personal information, there is no account to delete and no personal data record to access, correct or export. Requests relating to hosting logs or advertising cookies should be directed to the relevant provider linked above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes affecting how information is handled will be reflected before the change takes effect.
