About Nevada's minimum wage
Nevada's minimum wage rolls over on July 1 annually (per NV Labor Commissioner annual bulletins). The Nevada Labor Commissioner publishes an annual bulletin confirming the current rate. The 2026 bulletin confirmed $12.00 per hour effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
Nevada eliminated its two-tier minimum wage system (which previously had a lower rate for employers offering health benefits) effective July 1, 2024. There is now one statewide rate.
