Effective July 1, 2025 (per 2025 Daily Overtime Bulletin, labor.nv.gov): employees earning LESS THAN $18.00/hr owe 1.5x regular rate for hours over 8 in a 24-hour period AND/OR over 40 in a workweek. Employees earning $18.00/hr or more owe only weekly overtime (over 40 hours). Exception: employees who agree to a 4×10-hour shift schedule per NRS 608.018.
